I’m all about giving credit where it is do. There are a lot of things that I design myself, but I know I’m not the only one with those ideas and 98% of the time I google how to achieve what I’m looking for lol With that being said, I could make my own tutorials for you, but I’d rather supply and direct you to the sources who helped me with my design concept. There will be many tutorials to come that are original so that you have a reason to keep visiting my blog 😉

What we’ve done
1. Replaced all white appliances to stainless steel
2. Installed hardwoods
3. Painted cabinets + replaced knobs
4. Removed green vinyl countertops + added cement finish (tutorial here!)
5. Switched pantry door + painted with chalkboard paint
6. Painted walls white
7. Replaced faucet
8. Added DIY industrial light fixture (used this tutorial!)

What’s left to do
1. White subway tile backsplash
2. Remove “exposed” cabinets and install stained wood shelves (here)
3. Killim rug
4. Switch out nickel knobs for out antique brass pulls
5. Get rid of the nasty brass chandelier we’ve had since we’ve moved here and replace with this light fixture (DIY to come!! don’t buy!)
