New York Fashion Week Day 1

NYFW Fall trends 2015 // Charleston Fashion Blogger Dannon, Like The Yogurt

Let me just start off by saying that it is crazy overwhelming taking outfit post, editing them, blogging and posting to social media while on a “trip”. I’m not even attending any shows and I don’t know how the other bloggers do it! Major props to those ladies. But, with all that being said, here’s a post my husband and I attempted..

First off, I’d like to give credit to Josh for going on this trip with me and being my photographer! He is my rock and supporter in everything I do. We are both missing Clay (my original photographer), but thank goodness he was able to share his mad photography and photo editing skills with us or this would not have been possible.

New York Fashion Week Day 1

poncho: h&m // leather pants: h&m // ankle straps: forever 21 // quilted purse: target // sunglasses: ebay // watch: larsson & jennings

I loved this poncho I bought from H&M the other day! It’s lightweight, perfect for Fall and it feels like I’m wearing a blanket! I wanted to bring outfits that were fit for the upcoming season, but ones that I wasn’t going to burn up in.

These leather jeans are probably my favorite ever! I have been wanting to invest in a good pair that fit well, had pockets and were of higher quality. At $40 these were an investment for me, but a steal at the same time!

And don’t even get me started on these ankle straps from forever 21! I walked in them ALL afternoon downtown. They are the perfect height and are amazingly comfortable. Now I don’t even know why I ever thought I needed to wear 4 inch heels!
