I love off-the-shoulder tops and this stary, stellar one is perfect to celebrate the spooky holiday in.
I paired it with my go-to skinny high rise jeans and black ankle strap sandals. It’s surprisingly getting cooler here in Charleston though so I’m excited to put on some layers finally!
